the-top-5-benefits-of-coworking-spaces.jpgHere at the 580 Executive Center, we’ve provided shared office space for years. This is a sensible alternative to leasing office space full time, and we’ve had some happy clients. But it become apparent that we needed something more – and a coworking space was that something.

Because some workers don’t need office space at all. Some folks just need somewhere quiet to plug in their laptop and get some work done. And that’s why we’ve embraced the coworking concept and created our own coworking space. It’s the perfect work haven for the remote worker; and we think you’ll agree after reading these top 5 benefits of coworking spaces:

1. You’re saving a lot of money

Let’s be honest, money is important. And if you don’t need office space, then leasing it would be a tremendous waste of money. Why not save yourself a bundle by opting for coworking space?

2. You’re protecting your liquidity

We’re talking about cash. If you lock yourself into a lease agreement, you’re making a significant financial commitment. But with coworking space, you won’t have to sign a long-term deal – freeing up more of your future cash.

3. You have somewhere productive to work

If you currently work from home, it may not be working out well for you. Home is often full of distractions, especially if you have a family. With coworking space, you have somewhere private and quiet for you to finish some projects.

4. You can still meet with clients

Because our coworking space is part of our larger 580 Executive Center, we have office space available on an as-needed basis.

5. You won’t have to worry about a thing

If you rented full-time office space, you might have to worry about utilities, insurance, internet service, and/or cleaning. With coworking space, you’ll have no such concerns. Just show up, plug in and get to work. We’ll handle the rest.
