Coworking Offices Are Here To Stay

coworking-spaces-are-here-to-stay.jpgAre you one of the lucky few who gets to work remotely? It’s quite a privilege – if you can handle it. Without a boss nearby to supervise, some folks get wildly off task. Like those two weeks around Christmas in a conventional office; nobody is getting any work done.

And that’s why there’s a new trend popping up in urban areas, one that has been picking up steam lately: coworking spaces. Because sometimes, you just need an office setting to be productive; which is precisely what coworking spaces provide. You might not have heard of this phenomenon, but trust me – you’ll want to stick around for this. Because a coworking space is the best thing to happen to the telecommuter since the invention of the single-serve K-Cup.

  • What’s so great about it?

Let me answer that question with another question: what’s the most expensive thing in the Bay Area? Warriors playoff tickets? They’re definitely up there, but we’re talking about the thing that’s pricing everyone out of San Francisco: rent. Reserving space is prohibitively expensive in parts of the Bay, and if you want a dedicated, private office? Be prepared to pay an arm, leg and probably a foot for it.

But what do you really get out of a private office? A chance to get some work done? The opportunity to meet with clients in a professional setting? An excuse to get out of the house?

  • All of these things can be accomplished with coworking space

And for just a small chunk of the cost. Our coworking space is a beautiful, just-furnished room in our 580 Executive Center building. By renting space there, you’ll be guaranteed a desk and high speed internet access, so you’ll always have somewhere to work. There will be other people there, but for the exact same reason as you: to work. Not socialize, party or anything else.

However; if you do need to take a break, we also have a full-service expresso bar. You know what they say about all work and no play.

  • And what about the privacy?

If you need some alone time with a client, we can provide private office space for meetings. Additionally, we have comfortable phone booths available for important calls. And these are not your mother’s phone booths.

  • How can I learn more?

Contact us today and we can discuss a coworking plan for you; we can even arrange a visit to the facility. We’re confident you’ll be pleased with what we have to offer – ready to let us prove it?
